Salute to the Chairman The National Association of State Veterans Homes salutes James D. Staton for his "unwavering commitment and dedication to America's Veterans Homes." NASVH Past President Barry Conway (center) and Treasurer Jack Tarter (right) present Jim with a plaque of recognition. Jim founded the Armed Forces Veterans Homes Foundation in May 1996 and served as its Chairman until February 2004.
