How to Help
allotment
Active duty military personnel - and military retirees - may make a tax-deductible gift
to the Armed Forces Veterans Homes Foundation by authorizing, at any time, a monthly deduction
from their pay or benefits check.
Persons interested in starting an allotment to the Foundation should print the coupon below,
fill-in the needed information, and mail it to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service
(DFAS) at the address given.
DFAS will not inform the Foundation of your name. If you wish us to acknowledge your gift,
please mail your allotment form to us. We will record your gift and forward it to DFAS
on your behalf. Our address is:
